Ive been on one at the beach house last year. They are really comfortable.

Had one for most of my adolescent life. I quite enjoyed it. You just gotta keep enough water in it so you dont sink which does require occasional filling up. Other than that...just make sure the heater doesnt set anything on fire. lol

Fill it halfway with water, put the heater next to your drapes, turn it on high. [:)]

Yeah my parents had one and they loved it. But when we moved, because of the size among other things we couldn't take it with us.

they are fairly comfortable, until the heater goes dead without warning. nothing worse than waking up on a cold waterbed. you will be in pain for several days afterward.

Lol. Well its like a regular matress..but on top it has like this extra really soft layer..its not really like a "pillow top"--
