Why is the terraformer like this? It kills the FR in the terraformer.

Its programed that way thats why.
But when I use it, it usually has half the nodes. Like this.

yea as A113 says...your terrain texture has too much detail...try to use mid or low detail!

when setting the texture in the editor, yeah low, medium, or high detail makes more ground nodes
