You cant judge a person on the show they present. Sure Ashton may come across as a ass to most on 'Punk'd' but who is he to say he is anything like that in real life? Punk'd is a scripted program to calls for Ashton to be ecentric in the way he is, it helps to sell the show and no doubt he gets paid alot of money for it. In other words he is playing more of a character.
So no i dont hate him, i wouldn't hate anyone i'd never met for who they actualy are
This thread started about Ashton ... not sure why the discussion turned to "Pimp My Ride" or "Viva La Bam" since he is in NEITHER, eh? However, those who believe his "acting" probably ought to be watching "Viva La Bam" anyway since they obviously have no idea that it is all just an act. I mean, do you think anyone who acted like that in real life would get a whole hour on Oprah (Feb 24, 2005)? I don't think so. However, my wife happened to record that episode and I sat through some of it -- believe me, "Punk'd" is an act (poorly done at that), nothing more.
yeah he is defiatlly talented but in the comedy area. I guess its just his face...makes it so he doesnt look very serious. i cant see him in an action movie

He played very well in the Butterfly Effect, but then again I wouldnt consider that action, more like a suspense/drama sort of movie, but you have to play serious roles...
