Wrath of Winter is a new Intamin hyper coaster I am working on. I am almost done with the track work and I am looking for a few testers to look it over. Also this coaster will have a winter theme and terrian.

This turn really has an RCT feeling. Maybe a little smoother transitions from hill to helix and back to hill?

Ok, first of all your track needs to be a lot smoother before you put it through the AHG and second, you did a lot more color coding for the AHG than you had to. The only places that should be black are places where there are negative g's, then the red and green go on either side of it (I saw that you had some random green spots in there). Also there is a bend in both your lift and first drop. I DO like the layout though, so if you put some more work into it it should turn out great.

Update:

I am now just about done with the trackwork and starting in on the enviroment. No new pictures becuase the layout hasn't changed just a lot of the trackwork has. If anyone would like to test please leave your email below.

Also if anyone who is good at 3D's would like to help make some snow patches and maybe some snow topped trees I would really appreciate it.

Comments and ideas are welcome.

I'll send it to you tonight [;)]

Update:
The track work is just about finished and I have started in on the terrian. I'll have some pictures soon but at the time there is not much that would be noticible in pictures.

EDIT: I've sent it to you guiltarplayer.

Update: Below are some pictures of the terrian and tunnel I have started to make for the first turn-around. I am new at making 3d's but I think these turned out pretty nicely. Eventually the grass on the top of the tunnel will match the terrian grass better. Still, if anyone would like to help make me trees with some snow on the top of them or some snow patches that would be greatly appreciated.

Clean up the grass texture on there, it doesn't match very well. It might be better to have both terrain and the 3ds use the same texture without the detail maps. Do you plan on adding snow?

Update:
I have decided on a ground texture and I have started in on the supports. I have also decided on a color scheme.

To do list:
Finish Supporting
Cartexture
Snow on top of the first tunnel
The rest of the 3d's
Finish Terrian

Go back to OC and change the top of the grass to the exact same texture you used on terrain. You may wish to disable the terrain detail maps to keep the matching appearance.

If you want, you can send it to me through AIM if I'm on. I'll try to adjust the texture mapping, and if you want, I can get you snow covered trees.

What I'll probably do is work with the 3ds materials a bit. Is this all you really need?

Also, it'd probably be better to cover up the tunnel so you don't see all the snow. Maybe just a simple tunnel will work, if not I might try to use tunnel maker and merge the 2 objects together. Anyways, tell me when it's sent.

Oh yeah, my snow covered trees aren't that good, also, it'd help a lot if the objects were placed in folders, but whatever. In fact, it's better if you put everying in one object instead of spreading them out. Overall, this is quite a pain to work with with everything spreaded out into different objects. For now, I assume you just want the snow on top of the tunnel. All you do is place that texture into the object textures folder under object creator, and select it once it loads, then export it again with the texture in the folder. It's pretty simple.

Edit: You track has some bumps and odd banking to fix, also the water texture looks odd, did you intend for it to look like ice cubes? Either way, the setup is quite a pain to work with, and the flickering looks horrible. But either way, did you just want to adjust the texture in OC and re-export it? Also, you should move some of those textures into the NL folder instead of leaving them on the desktop.

Right now all I want is the snow on top of the tunnel, also how do I make all of those one object?

Yeah I am still working on those bumps in the helix.
Edit: Where did you think the banking felt off?

It happened on a few of the transits, I'm not sure exactly where, but there were a few of them, the bumps.

If all you want is the snow on the top, then just do what I mentioned. Place the texture in the object textures folder under object creator and you can select it from the program, then export it again. And what did you mean by "one of those objects"? Did you mean about removing the flickering, unecessary polygons, and connecting things together?
