Haha, I heard of em. I use em and love em. [:D] You need a special program and also a Patch for XP. A lot of these "special programs" patch it automatically though. Your best bet is http://www.belchfire.net. Look into Star Skin or StyleXP (all on that website). It's really great fun and you can get some REALLY awsome effects.
yeah, i found that site right after i posted this, star skin is very cool!
