Yeah two underrates to report. Terrylfan5 on Bigboy's track and Mr. Revenge Rater CK on Thorazine's. Though Terry's is a worse one (CK did raise his, he knew he'd lose...), they're both untrue.

EDIT: They've both managed to change thier rates to where they are acceptable, so disregard this.
