Oh man, i feel really sorry for you deadnsleepin. Its a shame you have to drop out, i hope you take part in the next contest. I also hope you get better soon, and that you do okay on those exams.

I have just finished trackwork on my ride, now ive got to start supporting, and 3ds work and then im done. Well im off to sort out the timing now. I left it till the end on 20s revnge and that was a big mistake, i had to alter track while the supports were still there.

hey anyway, never mind.I hope that you pass your exams and just for the reason that you drop out I will tray my best on my ride...maybe I uploade it later because I struggling with time.

Well, MF, my track isn't very good either...I really haven't spent much time smoothing because I couldn't really get into the layout...but, I'll get it uploaded by Wednesday for sure.

My track isnt the smoothest either, but thats because i always have trouble with steel coasters, and i hate smoothing, im too impatient.

Smoothness isn't the main thing at this round...It's the adrenaline and my layout isn't that thrilling...[V]

Dont worry MF, i rode your ride and it is a really cool ride, although slightly too spread out, but it still had plenty of adrenaline. People cant say they would ride that without feeling really scared. It was a good ride, and very smooth too. [:D]

sorry, MF, I haven't downloaded it yet. I have been on a coaster expedition for the last 3 days, and I have not looked at any contest entries since Friday. I will check, and get back to you ASAP.

The only things you can be disqualified for are what's written in the rules on the first page. If it's not written there, you cannot fairly be penalized for it.

hmm....well, MF, I'm pretty sure you'll move on to the next round. I'm not saying I won't send in a track, it'll just be filled with pre-fabs, because I just never really wanted to work on the piece...

Ok, I take this back...I might be able to throw some half-way decent supports together, but I don't think I'll win. But there is hope.

CRAP! i need to get my ride done, themed and supported in 4 hours!!!! agh!! welp, i think i'm gonna end up losing this round.....that is if i even finish my dam ride.

I won't DQ you for being 20 seconds late... that's just ridiculous.

SIDE NOTE: I am on a computer without a 3d accelerator card (it plays coasters at 0 fps), so I will need a day to run out to the computer store and get a CD RW to transfer them to my laptop for judging before I can update anyone's submission status on the first page, so don't freak out.

Sorry about the delay... I got a little side-tracked by the ACE Spring Conference, and my moving back to Ohio. I'm still unpacking, and I just downloaded all of the coasters this morning. The finals will begin as soon as I get the ratings done, probably tomorrow or Monday, and the finals will run for exactly 2 weeks after the template is posted. Sorry for the delay, and good luck to all in the finals.

i'm actually happy now that i was DQ'ed. Monday starts exams and then i really wouldn't have time to learn... But still CJD, i'm wondering where my rate is that i asked for [;)] Take your time, but on the end i still want it [:D]
