So a few weeks ago Theme Park Trips LLC ran its first ever operation between Houston and Dallas using a rented 15 passenger van. The opportunity presented itself to me when Dallas become snowed in and Super Bowl fans were being diverted to Houston with little to no transportation options into Dallas as the airlines and buses had ceased operation.

To say the least I am extremely happy with the way things turned out, I have learned a lot from this short trip and I feel as tho this proof of concept trip has helped me firmly decide that we will be moving forward with at least one CC summer trip in 2011. With that being said I still do not have firm details on the how, where, and when, but I suspect a formal announcement will be made in mid March.

So, where do we want to go?

I would say the Florida parks, but not in the summer. I would say those would be something for us people who want something to do in the winter. Downside there is most of this sites clientele is still in secondary school or college during that time.

^ I'd say wait till 2012 for that. Why? Knoebles will maybe have 3 coaster less then 5 years old open, Dorney gets a "new" Invertigo, Hershey is getting a hyper/dive/ or inta something, and GRDV's "Chang" will be in its second season.

I'd love to hit the southeast.
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Pretty dis-jointed trip there Mikey. lol

Aside from Florida I would have to agree with Jake and do,
KD-Carowinds-Dollywood-SFOG-Lake Winnie-Alabama Adventure ftw.
