I can understand going in and having the feeling similar to going to a gym or swimming pool and looking at all the dudes who have better bodies than you, but I don't think that alone should keep someone away.
It seems as tho the last place user shouldn't feel discouraged since from what I hear there were a bunch of high quality entries and choosing a winner may be difficult.

Yea, don't feel discouraged if you get last place, there are many talented entries here who have had quite some experience, that doesn't mean you can't do better next year!

Well, in the hustle of getting everything prepped for the backpacking trip I've been on, I forgot to upload the track before I left. But anyways, now that I'm back home, here it is. However the judges want to call it, I'm fine. I at least hope people enjoy the ride. Bummer I forgot and didn't get it in before yesterday...

What happened to this? Will there be another round? Not that I participate, but I like playing with the templates to see what I can do with it.

I think hyyyper is taking sweet time with coming up with the results. There were many entries, and probably deciding on a winner will be hard.

Update - Ratings for Round 1 may be done near the end of the month.
For those who are new to the tournament and are wondering what's taking so long, here's the answer. It's not as simple as saying ok these track made it thru and these others didn't. That would leave a lot of people wondering why so and so persons track made it through when mine was better, etc. Therefore, when the ratings are done, you get very detailed explanation of the rating tat your track got. Given the IRL load that hyyyper has at the moment, he can only do 1 track every day or 1 every 2 days.
That's the reason for the delay and we hope you understand. Just chill ~~~

It's difficult to rate the amount of tracks hyyyper got. Give him time. It's a long process. It can become grunt work that you don't get paid for after awhile.

I agree, I just feel somewhat responsible since I was the one who brought the idea up. I dont have much free time either right now but I could help if needed since I dont have an entry this year
