There is a timestamp on my post that displays the time my post was made in the time zone you set in your preferences (if you look closely, it also displays AM/PM). As for daylight saving, worst case scenario is that you're on the other side of the equator and both our countries have simultaneous day-light saving shifts, so you shorten your time by two hours.

And if you are truly unsure if you're time is up, you should just pick the moment you see your turn has started, as it might have started 23 hours and 45 minutes ago, provided you check in every 24 hours.

I apologize if I came over harsh, but your question (without clarification) just sounded dumb considering we've been playing this game for 9 rounds already
