3ds Max Problem

I just got 3ds max a few days ago, I watched some tuts, and when I opened it, this is what it's like:



I try to draw a shape, can't see it. I do anything, I can't see it. But once and a while it will blink up the way it should be, but a second later it goes back.

Help?
