At school today my electronics teacher showed me this open source 3d rendering program called Blender.

I just wanted to know if anyone else uses this to make their 3d objects in NL. I was thinking about downloading it but i dont know if its good or not or if there is anything better. Plz give me some feedback.

Actually, I'm in the process of learning how to use Blender, thinking that it could be pretty useful for NL.

From what little time I've spent with it so far I'd say that it's very easy to use (interesting interface) and seems to be fairly powerful as well, but I'm going to wait until thanksgiving break (when I have the time) to really start creating anything of value. I would suggest you download it and try out some of the countless tutorials online if you're interested.
