block breaks not working

I'm having issues where a train is getting stuck at the block break segment right before the station. There are two blocks after the station, yet the train STILL will not proceed into the station. The brake segment DOES have kicker wheels.

I think it's glitched ... any suggestions?

How did you look up the error code?

I don't know for sure, but I would assume NL logs these things.
