can some body pls tell me how to make car textures i have had a look at the picture files and they seem pretty random. also how do you make the tga files?

All you really need to do is make the logo, resize it, and insert it in the corresponding cartexture file loaded in photoshop, replacing the NL logo. You can of course, experiment and add in random other things like I have before.
