I came across this a few days ago in my tracks folder, contemplated finishing it, but decided to just upload it to the NLDC scrapyard. Here's a direct link to the track file: http://nldc.interfix.net/scrapyardtrack ... CI.nltrack
(Requires CS Park Pack and Real's CCI steel supports environment)

It will not be rebuilt as I originally intended (I don't even know why I had that idea in the first place).
