Cedar Point 2016- Valravn

I was listening to a video on youtube but what if cedar point does 3 coasters in the next 5 year for there 150th birthday do you think its possible they already cheated once with pipe scream but what if they do this dive coaster triotech dark ride/coaster and a flyer or a spinner

I don't count Pipe Scream as a credit, but I don't really mind it being called a coaster. It has wheels, a track and a car. It's just a powered version of Wicked twister. Just familyized

I assume Pipe Scream is the Intamin Half Pipe? Then Yes, it's a coaster imo:
It has coaster track, a short launch section at the bottom of the pipe. And the rest is all gravity doing it's job. Pretty much what a coaster needs to do.

With a Disc-O or a Larson loop on the other hand. They are completely powered during any time of their course. The loop is a car mounted on a full circuit "chain" which is propelled by wheels. Due that "chain" it keeps contact with the wheels all the time. Making it even possible to stop the car at 90??????. An Intamin 1st Generation Freefall would be more coaster than that.

My guess is that whatever is coming to the park in 2016 is now officially a done deal.

I've studied this image very carefully and I have come to the conclusion, that there happens to be a red sharpie on what appears to be a manila envelope, on a piece of notebook paper. It's very obvious to see. They're repainting Mantis.

I think Cedar Point is going to do more than simply repaint the ride. What if they actually went through and completely rethemed Mantis? That'd be interesting to see!

Maybe even change the trains too!
