On another note, can we relax the no edit rule to apply only if someone has posted after you? I don't see any harm in editing your post 5 seconds later to fix a typo or something.

The issue with that is once someone DOES post after you, you could possibly edit it again and it just would become too picky of a situation. It's much easier to just say no editing cut and dry.
