Configure brakes for Rollback?

I's trying to figure out how to configure one brake section to launch directly from the station and stop correctly during a rollback to be more realistic. My main issue is getting it to reset properly. It will stop the train if I either set the speed too slow or e-stop, but it doesn't move the train back to position for another launch. Any way to do this without scripts?

Probably no way without scripts, but this guy is working on a script right now.
