Are there any utilities for converting Roller Coaster Tycoon 2 files (saved games or coasters) into No Limit files?

no, only rct 1, but you can make your own premade elements that are just like the track pieces in rct 2, and rebuild the track in nolimits. You should not upload onto this site roller coaster tycoon tracks imported into nolimits, because they look really bad, and they are terribly unrealistic.

take a screenshot and be extreme long busy to recreate AGAIN
