Builder is from the USA as his profile states, where as da hill is not (french? german?) and also hasn't released any of da hill's other tracks.

I am hoping it is not ... could it be the same designer under two different names? Man, stealing tracks simply bytes the big one. If it is stolen, SHAME ON BUILDER! Boooooooooooooo!!!! Easiest way to check is through IP resolution -- find out where each one IP resolves too and you'll have your answer. If they are not really close in addresses, then it is two different people and whichever one was out firt -- the other should be strung up.

The language difference should be enough (da hill uploaded his first) and da hill would've uploaded some of his other tracks (some of which are rather good) before this one.

yup, he's a thief alright, in the profile, it says he's from the US, and well, after examing both sites carefully, I come to the conclusion that it is most definately stolen. Unless if he moved here from a different country and prefurs speaking the other language. But then again, builder's other rides aren't on his site, if that really is his site. [;)]

However fellas .... perhaps Builder is the real author and the other is a stolen track? Or, perhaps it is the same person using two alias's? Something to think about ....

Ugh, my brain hurts... can someone please settle this issue?

you know what would be fun? If a jury and a judge, and some prosecuter like people got to settle this. But I guess it doesn't matter what I think. But I know that this isn't anything that can be answered just by looking. SO, mods/admins might not be able to settle this for a while. But right now, i think its looking more towards the guilty side.

Builder has only posted one track. He also could of used translators. I have seen good ones on sites for free. Well mabye. But someone should really find out sometime couse this cant keep going on forever.

Come on fellas ... it really is not that important of an issue. Let the "powers" work it out. LOL

It's dutch, I'm dutch, what can I translate? [:D] Anyway, there are enough dutch people on this site...
