Custom Car Textures for Wooden Trains?

I'm having some issues. I am trying to make a custom texture for the 2 bench PTC's and everytime I do the No Limits logo is still there, faded slightly. I have even taken other people's wooden train textures and put my logo on it and their logos are then faded behind mine. I know that they are in a .tga format instead of .png. Please Help

Its almost as if the NL logo bleeds through to whatever you put on it. I've tried cutting and covering to no avail

Why not make them .png files?

instead of placing a logo on top of the NL logo, remove the NL logo all together. Cut it out in photoshop using a select tool, then fill in that selected space with the desired color.

Saving as a .png doesn't work and I said that I've already tried cutting. This is just getting irritating.

Describe how you cut it out, there are multiple ways I might make a difference.

Edit: Or more importantly what program are you using?
