Elementary Error

I just got a new computer. And for some reason when I try to install Elementary and error pops up. Its says:

Run time error '53'

file not found:msvbvm50.dll

I am running windows Vista SP1
Help would be appreciated.

Download that
stick it in the same folder as Elementary
