Nab needs to explain this rating some more.

If he thinks it's worth a 7.25, then fair enough, but he at least should explain why he thinks this.

I sent him a PM asking to explain his rating a bit more, but no reply!

Agreed, user should state why he rated each category what he/she did and one liners are unacceptable regardless.
