anyone know why my fps are low on NL. and is there anyway to make them go higher?

It's probably because your graphics and CPU can't keep up. Memory also helps.

no, you can buy more memory though.. and a better graphics card...

if i delete things will that give me memory? and is there anyway to get beter graphics without buying?

Update your graphics card. FPS rate is not driven by hard drive space , but by your graphics card/monitor not being able to display multiple things at once. If your FPS rate is low, it is merely a graphics problem.
