Get Rating Going

You know what would be cool?
If instead of punishing people for not rateing like CS.
We reward people for rating, like 100 points a rate or something?

It would have to be something other than points though, because once you've got a certain number of points, there really is no point in having any more of them. Dunno, points would work with n00bs though I guess, but from the point of view of the staff, do they really want to spend all of their time removing hundreds of n00b ratings from the exchange?

We already do give points for rating...

Yeah, that idea would just result in a lot of time spent removing "This track was cool, I liked it it was cool good job yay 100 points for me!! 10-10-10"
I do think there should be some sort of rating percentage required, however I think it should be something along the lines of rating percentage per tracks PER DAY. That way if you download something like one or two tracks a week you aren't plagued, but if a n00b just joins the site to spam ten posts and download 20 tracks then he has to rate a good amount. That would still result in having to delete n00b rates, but its just a basic idea if someone could find some way to improve it or something.
