help needed with my NL2 contest

please could someone design a template for my NL2 contest as i have no idea how to? thanks!

A contest is usually based on the template and its restrictions.
You are going to have to post info about the contest first.

the idea is where participants have to design a NL2 park with just water rides in it. there are no other rules.

the purpose of the contest is to see what water rides participants come up with.

Even though I had plenty of those ideas in the past. It would require a lot of custom scenery to create something decent. I don't think you want a 3ds contest.

I've changed it slightly, now participants don't have to build custom stations if they don't want to, but they will be welcome to if they want
