Help!

Okay, my brother had to clean his hard drive twice, so i had to put in all my stuff in again. I had backed NL to a cd, and loaded it in just fine the first time, but now its not on the cd anymore and the hard drive was cleaned again cus his comp was screwing up a bunch. I have all the emails mad-data sent to download nl, but the link expired, so I would like to know if I will have to rebuy nl again or is there a way to get it back? Should I email NL themselves my problem? Dont know what to do here.
