I have Windows XP so I know I need to download .net Framework thing, and as it is installing it comes up with an error message and the installation can not complete. With that, as I try to run Newton error messages come up as well. Can anyone help me with my problem, or could anyone give me help to download all of this? thanks[:)]

No one in their right mind is going to force their eyes to read the red text you posted so I suggest you edit it to normal easy to read color.

i would suggest uninstalling it all then trying again, then restarting your PC and having a go.

Thanks for editing. What does the error message say when you are installing the .NET Framework?

It says, Microsoft .NET framework 3.0 has encountered a problem during setup. Setup did not complete correctly. And error occurred during setup and a report was created. Any idea of why this is happening?

Yeah, try to download the install file again and try it again.

Also, do you have the latest XP service pack installed?

If you still can't figure it out, I would just reinstall windows (as long as you have a spare drive for all your important files/pron). Not only should it let you install .NET framework properly but your computer will love you for it too. [:D]

I've tried it many times, but what do you mean latest XP service pack?
