I desperately need the tunnel tester. I accidentally deleted mine and Tia Lynn's site doesn't have it anymore. Can someone please help me[?]

You can get Tia's NL Toolbox (which includes the tunnel tester) here:

There is no guarantee it will work properly with 1.3 though.
