ive installed rct2,after a day it wont work?

it also does it for lots of my other games
like medieval total war
unreal tournament 2003, flashpoint and many other of my games
after a day or 2, when you click on the game icon it doesnt load
even read the cd.
do you recken ive got virus or summin ups wit my pc
any help would be great

try going to www.microsoft.com and download all the updates, that used to happen to me and that fixed it.
