Journey to the center of the earth:the ride

Well,I went to see the movie Journey to the center of the earth,and it gave me a idea for a coaster.This idea made me have to cancell,battle of normandy as some of you know.so i will be working on it,and be ready for it,it should take 3 weeks to 2months for it to be completed.This is not a recreation it is my,own made up,roller coaster,not a virtual ride.thanks.

I actually rode the ride when it was at Dorney. Are you telling me this will be a re-creation hmmm?

I was copyrighting my written picture,not the ride or the photo just my letters I wrote.

If I were that movies lawyer I would not care. Unless you have written proof your allowed to use it like that then its illegal.

they're right, you should not put copyright there, that could mean you being sued... on the other hand leave it there!

Also, Just simply writing on the drawing "2008 all rights reserved" or even using a copyright symbol, doesn't actually mean it's copyrighted
