Low an unexplained rate

He says he liked it and it was good work but he gave me fives. Also, his rate wasn't explained and I didn't get anything out of it. Please delete.

Yeah, the same guy rated this track in a similar fashion, I think maybe he doesn't actually know how the rating system works
