This comes through the magic of Comcast.

Comcast thought I was my dad and that my dad was cancelling his service and switching addresses. Two hours later this has been resolved...supposedly. Why this is so alarming to me:

1. We don't share a name (No jr's, ____ ____ III, etc)
2. 42 year age gap
3. Different marital status
4. Different social security numbers

?????

Anyone else have any good experiences like this with any companies?

I don't think people really care...

And we all have experienced awkward moments with customer service. Your little "issue" is no more different than our "issues".

One time at Hardees(or Carl's Jr depending on where you live) I clearly ordered curly fries, but instead I got regular fries...

I ordered a 99 cent sausage bisquit from Mc Donalds this morning and I got a coffee, deluxe breakfast and 2 sausage bisquits. The messed my order up! [:(]

I filed a complaint at Great America, and they actually changed their policy the very next day. Isn't that amazing?
