NL Snap Problem

Ok - you're all familiar with the snap function, right? Anyway, mine doesn't seem to work in the overhead view where you get the white-on-green grid...you know what I'm talkin about. Anyway, I wanna know how to make snap work on that, b/c it's kinda hard to place some supports. Snap works for all the other views, and checking the 'apply to all views' box doesn't seem to have any effect...someone plz help!!!

Did you click the "snp" button on? (its on the right hand side, next to the add support button)

Interesting...I'll check that out. That might in fact be the problem. But snap works in all the other views....maybe it saves settings lke snap on/off for different views

You need to set snap for each view. [;)]

guess what - it was the little snap button I never knew existed. I musta turned it off sometime by accident, b/c it's still on for all the other views - thanks all
