No Limits Scenary Object Request

I'm looking for some good scenery to add to my track, but im not good with sketch up or object creator.I try to follow certain online tutorials and my scenery always seems to come out wrong I was wondering if someone here would be able to help make me a custom scene object im looking for something like laser/ strobe style lights for a track im working out, when i post my track on certain file sharing websites i will will be sure to give you a shout out credit for the custom scenery. Thanks in advance for anyone willing to help out
