how come nobody rate rct3 tracks or parks on a regular basis

Maybe the same reason you haven't rated anyone else RCt3 tracks? Why haven't you rated other people's RCT3 tracks? You know, some of them people might just return the favor, or at least use the track advertsing forum here to let people know that your track exists.

also don't forget that not many people have rct3. And not many people rate, If I will find some time i'd download and rate your ride/park
