do you think parks should fix the problem or just theme it to something that requires pavement

What theme would require a parking lot... Car jacking?
All hail your great Arrow Dynamics overlords.

It always puzzled me why Great Adventure seemed to remove the lot under Green Lantern and then paved it over again (or maybe they just laid new asphalt on top?). I would pay money to see the parking lot under Scream gone...it's one of the insultingly afterthought coasters of all time.

They had the whole area down to dirt and then repaved it lol. I have no idea either unless they planned to use it for Halloween stuff or something.

I personally don't mind parking lot coasters because as long as the coaster itself provides me with a fun and exciting ride, I could care less about how it is themed. Even through grass looks nicer than pavement, I don't think it's a big deal.

If extremely fast coasters are set on parking lots, they would absolutely give you the feel of racing around a huge circuit! That'll be another fun! :)

Personal coaster count as of 3/2025 -- 222
"500" perhaps by the end of this year.
I will be a Thai citizen if possible in a few years.

Not even extremely fast coasters, but racing themed coasters would work already. Stuff like "Fiorano GT Challenge" in Ferrari World was extremely fun and gave an actual racing experience. I'm already seeing options of digging a trench in the parking lot and actually have some launches embedded in the parking lot, upping the racing experience even more!
Coastercount: 1410 (I've seen the world and it's horrid contraptions... @.@)
- Wood: 142
- Steel: 1268
