Has long sought a ride I called Waimea that here in Chile is called tsunami and tradado of searching and could not :(, I would like to know if anyone could do it.

Could you elaborate a little bit more or are you sort of looking for Hawaiian County themed rides? :)

Looks like a classic splash boat waterride. (Splash itself looks mediocre though)
I think with some decent scripting you already could create such illusion with what's available.
