rct3 speed question

I have a question for rct3.ive seen these small moving wheels on the track in lots of rct3 videos,and they make the car go faster.what coaster on rct3 provides them.

They're probably actually block brakes set to a high speed so that instead of slowing the train down, they accelerate. The other possibility is that they're using a lift section (for coasters that use wheels for the lift). There's a cheat that allows for higher lift hill speeds, but I forgot what it was. Do you have a video or picture of one? That may help.

There is a cheat code to increase the speed for all the coasters. Check the site for cheats for RCT3.
