Is there any way to export the track as a 3d object, in order to view it in 3dsmax, Maya, or some other 3d modeling program?

The software that does that was made by gravimetric studios, since then the website has literally dissapeared... some members on this website are lucky enough to still have it.

You can download 'tunnel maker' and use that to plot the plan of the track and import it into your modeling program.

Or, post a thread asking if anyone has the software required, from before the gravimetric studios web site died.

You say you can't?

There you go, 2 rollercoasters in NoLimits. One is real, the other one is a 3d object i've exported and imported.

How: NoLimits Construction Kit with the 3d export code. But since that code isn't for sale anymore. The best thing you could do is: ask other members for a favor, to export the track for you. I'm sure they won't mind doing that.
