RedBull FlugTag

Well if anyone knows what the RedBull FlugTag event is, it is happening this Sunday in Ottawa here in Canada. Our team was picked as one of the contestants and here is our entry (5 weeks of building, 600 hours of work, 4 cases of Redbull, countless beers etc);



Wish the pilot luck, he is going to need it. [lol][lol][lol]

I've seen the FlugTag over here, pretty fun. Some entries are just flipping stupid! I'd say you've got a pretty good contender there, you'll do pretty good with that, provided your pilot gets a good take off.

It's annoying though, the people who just come along with hang gliders basically, and just fly for like a mile spoils all the fun!

Those are fun to watch. It cracks me up everytime.

Friends won the People's Choice Award and placed 5 overall. This weekend was awesome. The private Red Bull party on Sunday night was off the hook.

They actually paid the person who designed the 2006 Canadian winning team to build them a plane.......he works for Boeing....

This team ate it the worst I think. When the tank hit the water the 'pilot' who was sitting on top totally went THROUGH the front of tank lololol. I hope there is video of this somewhere.
