Hello Everyone,

I recently started building with No Limits again after about 3 years and I saw that everyone was using the Newton program, and that it could be downloaded at CoasterSims.com. However, when I went there, it appeared that the site was for sale.

My question is where can I download Newton now? Is there another site that has it. Or, if one of you already has it would you be kind enough to send it to me?

Thanks!

I don't know about anyone else, but I much prefer the FVD Elementary formula over Newton. It's the same thing as Newton, but it's a lot more time-consuming and doesn't let you do lateral g's, however it DOES allow you to have separate banking and g-force time-zones. However, I haven't used the program nor looked for updates since shortly after it came out, so I don't know if this feature has been implemented yet.

Now that you know boneplaya's opinion on Newton, we can answer your question.

This is the 1.0 version. Any other updates out there, couldn't tell you where to find 'em.

Simple answer, DONT DO NEWTON!!! Im getting tired of seeing newton made tracks. They usually arent' the best. At least do fvd's which takes some skill. Or hand build then ahg.

newton can make ok coasters but once you start you will get hooked,I just got off the stuff... Just stick to hand building (me) or fvd's (everyone else in the whole world).

You're right, tools don't take skill.

Go ahead Tetsu, make us a good FVD coaster.

Newton tracks don't suck and take huge amounts of skill to make. Just you wait and see.
