All appears to go well when it comes to recording videos, however the videos turn out very f...ed up. I viewed the original AVI in VLC, a WMV version in WMP, and a MOV version in QT. All turn out the same.. So it is not a problem with the viewers, it is obviously left at being a compatibility issue with NoLimits. Changing quality settings, resolution, frames a second, different coasters, "Compatibility Mode" (Vista and XP), etc..

I'm running the latest Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit release.

86 or 64? I'm running 86 and haven't had one compatibility problem, even with recording.

Hazbruv: It is 64-bit, or x64
Casper: You didn't know you can re-assign keys in NL?

Hmmm, x64 has lots of issues with NL, I'm not quite sure how you can fix them though, sorry.

EDIT: Try filming in a different resolution.

HazBruv: I've already tried different resolutions, please read my first post..

EastCoastn07: I am not sure how different the Professional version is from the Ultimate version of Windows 7, but I am assuming they are very different since you don't have this problem.

Casper: Open Simulator, Click the Settings option, Then click the Controls option. You can re-assign keys in there.

-- edit --

Fraps doesn't work correctly either with the NL Simulator.
Resolution and Length of the video are intact.
Picture is pure black, and there is no sound at all.

Use the key marked "FN". Then while holding that, press the "M" key. it will act as the numberpad "0" key.

I'm having W7 x86 and it's just working fine... I think it's just an issue with 64bit Windows 7... ;) Otherwise, use Fraps...

@coolbeans: isn't possible ;)

Overclcok wouldn't change the way a software functions. I have running on Windows 7 64 bit just fine without any overclocking and recording works fine.

Casper:
"Try changing the amount of FPS the vid records in?", I've already done that.
"if not, solution to most problems, update ur graphics card drivers", I'm currently running the latest one.

coolbeans326: I've already stated that compatibility mode does not work.

field33P: I've already stated that Fraps does not work either.

TylerE/HazBruv/field33P:
CPU: i7 940 OC from 2.93Ghz to 4Ghz
GPU: (2) Sli GTX 260's OC from 576, 1242, 999, to 720, 1500, 1350
RAM: 6GB Triple-Channel Corsair Dominator OC from 1600Mhz Cas9 to 2000Mhz Cas7
-- Removing these overclocks did not fix the problem, so I have since re-applied them.

blackhand1001: Your statement made me think that maybe my install of NoLimits went wrong somewhere. So I just re-installed it but unfortunately no luck. Is your version of Win7 the Ultimate version? Also, does it have all the latest updates?

you do realize that windows 7 you have was just a trial version, and not the final product right?

Iv got the Win Ultimate RTM, so it is the final one. Not sure what cp-soad is running...

Does it say a version number and product evaluation in the bottom right hand side?

TylerE: That does nothing.

Jms10391/Casper: It is the RTM 7600 build.
