hmmmmm... should we comment with a link to this thread?
Boulder Dash was the only good roller coaster.

Hey Asshole,

Your "Bright" coaster is stolen from me. Obviously I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, I just wanted to let you know how I feel about it. I honestly consider myself pretty dorky to be building rides in No Limits in the first place, but I still enjoy it, and it's a fun program to mess around with every once and a while. What I don't understand is how you can be getting any satisfaction whatsoever from reading the gushing comments left on your videos telling you how great people think these tracks are. That's a completely different level of weird, and I'm going to go out on a limb and say that you have some pretty serious issues to work out if you're actually having fun uploading these videos. If someone telling you that they liked this coaster-you-had-nothing-to-do-with-building-but-posted-on-youtube-anyway makes you happy then I guess I can't stop you from doing it, but know that the satisfaction gained from actually doing something yourself is much greater than whatever you're getting from stealing all these other people's work. And don't even get me started on the fact that your claiming to have hand built all these coasters that are clearly Elementary and Newton rides, or that the apparent retards that frequent your youtube page seem to buy it.

Anyway, sorry if this has been too much reading for you, or if I got in the way of your time set aside for jerking off while reading the comments left by all these kids that love your rides. If you did read this whole thing, I hope you think about how pathetic what you're doing really is and maybe, just maybe, stop doing it. But, that's probably too much to ask for so I'll just ask that you take the "Bright" video down and not take any more of my coasters. Hell, that's still probably too much to ask isn't it? Oh well. love you and have a great time stealing more coasters to fill whatever void you have in your life.

Just sent this to him. *fingers crossed* I hope I get some kind of response, but I doubt I will.

Youtube comments can make it look like the world is going to end.

A video of Cyclops at Mt Olympus was recommended to me, and this was in the related videos:

It has become a battleground for religious debates! [lol]

btw, I'm Jcoaster95.

i suspect some of the other people giving him positive comments are accounts he created. they have some of the same drawn out videos. not all of them though.

I find just as much entertainment thinking about being him and reading all the angry messages and posts from us/others as I do in contemplating how we should attack him next.
Although, I think if I knew that I was doing something wrong and lieing out of my ass about it, eventually getting people pissed off Im pretty sure is his goal.

Scaring him would be the route to go, not big words with the occaisional "love".

While I am not a lawyer;

If the user is 11, then it is my understanding that he is violating YouTube's terms of service. (A person that young cannot be bound to a contract or be charged outside of family court.) You could certainly file a complaint to that affect with Youtube as well, along with the DMCA complaint.

Remember that you catch more flies with honey then vinegar. So while I certainly cannot police what happens beyond these boards I would ask you to refrain from intimidating or harassing him. You cannot breach the peace during a DMCA takedown, this would be an easy win for him if his parents happen to be lawyers so tread lightly and follow the DMCA take down steps to the letter.

Doesn't the site take some copyright rights from hosting them on here ?? If so then couldn't site act on the behalf of all the members affected ?

I kinda agree with what you are saying coolbeans, but it is still taking credit for something he hasn't put no time or effort into. Everyone has the rghts to freedom of expression as long as they are expressing their own expresion.

Mikey, youtube says pretty clearly that unless you have a serious copywright issue that they don't want to hear it.
We can only process copyright complaints submitted by authorized parties in accordance with processes defined in law. There may be significant legal penalties for false notices.
I don't think any of us care about this enough to waste their time in trying to take legal action here. I just wanted to send him a message and have a little fun with it. At the end of the day, he knows what he's doing is wrong and I think we can hope that he grows out of it at some point.

Why do you all care so much, it's just a game and the infinite garbage collection that is youtube.

Why not? Bitching about things loosens the cobwebs every once in a while.
