What are the possibilities of been able build coasters and terraform
below ground level will we ever see this function!

I can't say for certain that this is something that will happen in a future version. But I can say that it is something that we would like to have. It is also something that is on our huge list of requested features. While we can't get to every single requested feature, with each update we try to do the most requested features that we feel can be successfully added to the NL Engine.
