Hello everybody,
I'm having some problems with NL.
When i want to start the Simulator, it sais no 3d hardware present.
I recently installed windows vista, so that must be the reason of the problem, before vista i had XP. I have a Ati Mobility Radeon x1600 graphic card, does anyone know the problem and what to do about it?

Thanks in advance!

If it is saying you do not have 3D hardware present, that simply means that your graphics card is not working due to it probably being out of date with a driver. Look online to update your driver by the company first (especially with Vista drivers). Following that, you will need to upgrade your graphics card.

However, considering that you have Vista now -- you should know that Vista is a memory hog and may be taking up the available resources. So, you may also try more RAM and a different video card to solve your issue as well. Good luck.

i have 2 GB Ram and i've updated the drivers, why a new video card? This one always worked so it isn't the video card.

Fine, then think for a moment what has changed on your machine that suddenly it is not working. You installed Vista. A complete and total memory whore. Common sense would tell that if it is not displaying 3Ds that it once was, it must be ............ (Hint: Your 3D displayers are either in use by something else, or there is a conflict, or your driver for the graphics card is shot, OR the graphics card itself it shot.) I have been working on computers for over 17 years professionally, trust me on this one.

Of course, the error could be between the chair and the keyboard.
