Recreation Rating Problem

Whenever I rate a recreation in the exchange, the average is always much lower than any of the ratings I gave. The numbers below are for a recreation I rated earlier today. Mathematically speaking, the average should be 6.1, but 3.9 is what is was. Is it supposed to do that for some reason, or could there be a problem in the way it is calculated?

the degree of difficulty is more of a multiplier than something to add on. It's a factor that determines the final value not just another number.

Still though. A 3 seems kinda ridiculous.

Just set degree of difficulty to 10. That's what I always do *hides from democracy*
