Removing Invert Catwalks completely

When I check off both railings I'm left with the middle part. I've thought of replacing the texture with a blank transparent one using the construction kit env editor but that failed. Any ideas?

Add or Replace this Following codes into your ENV File

????????????????????????????????????blank??????????????????can be any words ,Just made this filename invalid.
For Ex
