Hi. I bought this game about 2 weeks ago now and I recently decided to create my own park in Sandbox mode but I don't seem to have everything. I've completed a few scenarios in the campaign so I'm guessing this is the reason why?

what does it miss then? Or what do you think it will miss? I notice that the sandbox has more then the normal scenario's.

I'm not getting theming which I've seen in other peoples parks.And I heard a rumour saying that you need to unlock them.
