I know that at SFOT that it is fair game, not sure how it is at other parks though.

I used to go to Scarowinds every year before I moved to Georgia and I have had many actors touch me or brush up against me. Its not forceful or physical by any means, they dont push or shove you. Just a tap on the shoulders or they may grab your ankle when walking through a house. Again nothing crazy just a little something to get your senses going.
